These passes can be acquired at the Complex's Front Desk upon arrival, with a fee of $55 each. Additionally, please be aware that the outdoor pool is not heated.

Important information regarding the Atrium Project Renovations is worth noting. These renovations will commence on January 5th and conclude on March 1st, 2024. During this period, the contractor will seal off the work area to minimize noise and ensure a safe environment. Access to the building will be available through the east side lobby door, and basement entrance doors can also be used. The elevators will remain accessible throughout the project, and all property amenities will remain available. Noise can only be heard while you are at the elevators, not in the unit!
