Bella Vista is a absolutely beautiful Gulf-front home with 8 bedrooms and 8 baths that can sleep 22 and is in Gulf Shores, Alabama with pool and elevator. Bella Vista has had a complete makeover! New décor, new paint and flooring, new furniture, artwork, light fixtures, lamps, beds and mattresses. We've added a theater room and an led lighted pool (with pool heat as an option) The deck has been recently renovated as well! Come see what this wonderful house has to offer for yourself!
Located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, you have access to the beach right out the boardwalk and walking distance to West Beach Pass which gives you access to little lagoon. This is where little lagoon flows in the Gulf of Mexico.

When you arrive at Bella Vista, you can unpack in the covered parking area where you can utilize the elevator to easily move your luggage and groceries to the three floors. The first living floor features a Queen Bedroom, Full Bathroom w/ Standup Shower, a Theatre Room with Theatre chairs, The open Living Room and a dining area has plenty of seating, then there is the Fully Equipped Kitchen with brand new appliances (Two Refrigerators, Two Dishwashers, a Stove/Oven and Microwave). The pool deck is also located on this first living level.
The second level has a Gulf Front Master Bedroom & Full Bath including garden tub and walk-in shower it boast a King Bed. Yet another Gulf facing King Bedroom with its own private bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
On the north side of the second level there is a Queen bedroom that has it's own private bath as well, the the washer and dryer are located in the hallway next to this second level Queen bedroom. Finally on this second level, there is a custom built Queen over Queen bunk bed room that is extremely sturdy and built so even adults will be comfortable and each bunk features its own TV for streaming.
The third level also features a Gulf Front Master Bedroom, full bath with a King Bed, and yet another Gulf facing bedroom with a full bath. The third floor also has a bunk room with 4 twin bunks with a TV and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
