Cotton Bayou 1C is a quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Orange Beach AL that sleeps 9. The living room has access to the balcony and has plenty of seating. Master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Double over Double bunk with a Trundle bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Consisting of only 68 condos this is a low density quiet complex directly across from the public beach access. Cotton Bayou is located in the Terry Cove area, which is in the middle of Orange Beach and public beach access. No elevator. Cotton Bayou hosts amenities such as BBQ grill, outdoor pool, tennis court, fish cleaning station, boat slip and a boat launch but with strict boat rules (max 25')

Do not hang anything over the balcony, you will be fined by the Homeowners Association for this infraction - 1st Offense $100.00 . This is to keep the complex clear of items that could blow off and makes the complex unsightly for others.Thank you for abiding by this rule.
If you wish to bring your boat, the complex will charge $105 for a 7 day pass.
If a renter is staying longer than a week and wishes to use the boat slips then weeks 2-4 will be discounted to $55.00 per week.
If you have renter staying beyond 4 weeks (a long term renter) then they may choose to pay the weekly rate only when they put a boat in the water or they may choose the monthly fee of $210.00 per month.
If they choose the monthly fee route than they must pay that fee for every month they are here whether they are using a boat slip or not.
All guest bringing a boat MUST click this link to complete the digital form, and submit at least 3 days (72 hours) before check-in arrival.

Documents will be reviewed to see if anything is missing or not complete, you will be contacted via email or phone. If everything is complete, it will be approved and an email sent to the boat owners/ renters with an invoice for boat dock fees which must also be paid prior to check-in arrival. Once payment is received, the association will place the renter’s boat approval information and boat permit sticker inside their rental unit on the day of check-in between 10am – 2pm. Once you have access to the unit just retrieve the document left which includes the chain lock code along with instructions and their boat permit sticker before launching their boat.
