ABOUT THIS VACATION RENTAL

Beautiful New Home Renovation! Pass Time is a 6 bedroom 6 1/2 bath home that can sleep up to 24 people!  The whole interior has been made over, new wood tile plank flooring throughout, new cabinets, bathrooms, paint, appliances, no surface was untouched. Upstairs features a Gulf Front Master Bedroom with a King Bed, private Gulf Front balcony, 50" TV, and private bathroom.  Just outside the Master Bedroom is a sitting area with a Sleeper Sofa and large TV that offers a second smaller den area.  Just beyond this upstairs den area, there are two custom built in bunk rooms (one for the girls and one for the boys), each has a private bathroom, and each bunk rooms sleeps 6 people (Twin over Twin Bunk and a Double over Double Bunk).   Each bunk has its own private 32" TV (YES - THAT IS 8 TV's for the two bunk rooms) with a private ear phone plug jack so each person can enjoy TV programming, SmartTV streaming, or if they bring their gaming machine and that can be connected.  Downstairs features three more bedrooms, two bedrooms have a Queen Bed in each and then the third bedroom features a King Bed.   All the bedrooms have private bathrooms and a 50" TV.  There is also a half bath on the main living room floor.   The kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open floor plan that open to a large gulf front balcony with amazing views.  The living room has a Sleeper Sofa that that can accommodate two people.  If you are looking for a Beautiful Beachfront Home Located Directly On The Gulf Of Mexico, a short 50 yard walk to the "The Pass".  Pass Time House's perfect location allows you to enjoy "The Pass", a channel of water connecting Little Lagoon to the Gulf of Mexico, which is perfect for water activities (kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, shallow water for kids to play in and of course fishing).
