I’ve actually rented several properties from LGR a few times over the years. They were very helpful and responsive to any request and easy to communicate. Chuck, Corey and Phil are excellent to work with and were very easy to communicate with. The properties that I rented were all in great condition and very clean, with fully stocked kitchens. They also provide small beach bags with small items like frisbees, koozies, local discount books and more, that are a very nice touch.

A few years ago, I became an owner of a condo in Gulf Shores. As a result of the very positive experiences I had as a renter with LGR, I did not hesitate to retain them to Manage my new property for me. I am extremely happy with the level of management of my asset that is over 1000 miles away from where I currently live provided by LGR. They are very easy to work with, maintain high standards and provide me with very competitive rental income. LGR manages and maintains the property with extreme professionalism and if there are any issues with the property, they immediately contact me to discuss very reasonable remedies.
