Phoenix West 1506 is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo that sleeps 10 and is located directly on the Beach in Orange Beach Alabama! This wonderfully decorated unit is spacious with a large private balcony. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the 2nd guest bedroom has a King and the 3rd Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and each Bedroom has it's own private bath. Sleeper sofa in living room as well.

Your family will make countless memories enjoying the water slides, lazy river, indoor pool as well as the beach side pool. Many guests love to take advantage of the fitness center and roof top tennis courts on the 9th floor or just relax in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs. Phoenix West is conveniently located right across from the grocery store and several local gift shops. There are also several incredible restaurants that are walking distance that you will have to check out in this area. This building is remarkable because of both its appearance, and convenience to everything you might want to explore in Orange Beach.
Please Note: The Roof Replacement Project is currently scheduled to begin September 6, 2022 with a planned completion date of late April (contingent upon weather and the possibility of other unforeseen issues).Scaffolding installation will begin September 6, 2022 and will be on every edge of the building’s surface with climbers on east and west sides of the building. Mast climbing systems will also be in place on the east and west roofs. Unit balcony access will be restricted at various times throughout the duration of the project. We anticipate the balcony restrictions to be addressed by stacks and anticipate that they would be in place for approximately 2-3 days per stack when required. We will know more about when this condo's balcony will be affected in the coming days so give us a call before you book
